We are very pleased to introduce the first integrated legal services online on Indonesian laws in Indonesia. This site has been prepared for almost 2 years in cooperation with law firm Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo, Jakarta, Indonesia. The constraints to launch it earlier may not be found in other jurisdictions. Laws and regulations in Indonesia, due to its legal systems and structure, are not easily accessible, even by the legal professions. The preparation of the content, which closely relates to the present unpredictable and complex political, law and law enforcement conditions of Indonesia, has also contributed to the delay considerably. Economic crisis that affects Indonesia for the last 6 years is also a major contributing factor.

                LGS Online offers a comprehensive feature of integrated legal services to its members. LGS Online serves to all members an enormous database which represents more than 25 years of corporate law practices of the founders of Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo. Most of the transactions designed and facilitated by Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo were set in international business context. The database will be updated and uploaded consistently and regularly.                 We will update the members with what’s going on in Indonesia, from politics, business and investment opportunities, economic indicators, as well as the newest direction of the Indonesian government policy related to investment and business issues. The information will be obtained from reliable sources.
