
The Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK) has issued the draft rule VIII.G.7. on Guidance for Presentation of Financial Statements of Publicly Listed Companies.
Bapepam-LK targets the new regulation will be enacted in March 2012. Etty Retno Wulandari, Director of Accounting Standard and Disclosure Bureau of Bapepam-LK, said the stock market regulator is giving the concerning parties to communicated their inquiries and opinions regarding the contents of the draft rule. The objective of the new rule is to assist companies in preparing their Mid-Year Financial Statements in 2012.
